NEW CONSTRUCTION
We will design the structural plans for your new home, building, or office to implement architectural drawings.
We will supervise the construction of your building to make certain that the plans are properly followed and your contractor respects the rules of good construction as well as the state building code.
Once completed, we will be able to provide you with a letter to the building department indicating that our plans have been properly implemented.
ADDITIONS TO YOUR HOME
We will provide structural plans for the construction of new additions to your home such as additional floors, extensions, garages, fire escapes, new decks, and balconies, the use of an existing attic or basement, etc.
Structural plans, details, and sections will be signed and stamped. We will advise you on a specialized contractor and observe the execution of the work if needed.
