We will investigate your roof deck and describe any improper structural conditions regarding its adherence to the state building code in such matters as the live load quality of the guardrails, capacity of the existing roof of the building to support the load of the roof deck, and any other concerns you may have.
This visit will be followed by a written report illustrated with pictures indicating the structural improprieties and our recommendations.
If needed, we can provide you with the structural drawings for the recommended repair or the rebuilding of the deck as the next step.
We will then supervise the repair/rebuilding of the deck or the improper components.
Once the refurbishment is complete, we will provide you with a letter indicating that the work has been properly completed according to our recommendations.
