We will fully examine your fire escapes and describe the improprieties which would prevent their proper use. This evaluation will be supported by a written report illustrated with pictures indicating the area which needs to be addressed.
If the fire escapes are in proper structural condition or if they have been properly repaired, we will provide you with the required official form indicating that the fire escapes are in good structural condition.
We will recommend the proper repair of the structural improprieties; description of the repairs will be explained in our report.
